AlwaysHired Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Assistant Tax Manager to oversee tax compliance across Singapore entities.

You will manage corporate income tax, GST, transfer pricing, Pillar Two, withholding tax and tax incentives, collaborating with the accounting team and management. The role emphasizes risk management, regulatory compliance and strengthening internal tax controls, with an emphasis on timely filings and accurate documentation.

Competenze

• Minimum 8 years of relevant tax experience with Singapore tax.
• Hands-on knowledge of Singapore corporate income tax, GST and transfer pricing.
• Ability to work independently across multiple entities and meet deadlines.

Mansioni

• Oversee and review monthly tax accruals across Singapore entities.
• Review and approve corporate income tax computations and statutory filings (ECI, Form C/C-S), Pillar Two and withholding tax submissions.
• Ensure all tax filings, computations and supporting documentation are accurate and submitted within statutory deadlines.
• Monitor transfer pricing compliance and oversee TP documentation preparation and review.
• Oversee GST compliance, including reviewing and approving GST returns and timely submissions.
• Manage GST registration, deregistration and related regulatory matters.
• Lead or support applications for new tax incentives and ensure related compliance.
• Assess tax implications of new business models and transactions, identifying risks and exposures.
• Provide practical tax guidance to accounting, business units and management.
• Strengthen internal tax processes and controls for compliance and efficiency.
• Train local accounting teams on tax compliance and regulatory updates.
