Job summary

ODYSSEY STUDENT CARE PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks dedicated tutors to coach Primary 5 and 6 students with Chinese homework and 听写, and to conduct core lessons alongside enrichment activities. The role involves student well-being, rostering, and collaborative feedback with parents and teachers.

The position covers classroom management, lesson delivery, and occasional admin duties, with a monthly gross salary and performance bonus. Weekend shifts or holiday hours may be scheduled as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling Primary 5/6 students and classroom routines.
• Ability to support Chinese homework and 听写 for P5-P6 students.
• Willingness to assist with enrichment programmes and admin tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coaching and classroom management for Primary 5 and Primary 6 students.
• Must be able to help with Primary 5 and 6 Chinese homework and 听写.
• Conduct core lessons, tuition and enrichment programmes according to the Centre’s curriculum.
• Marking of assignments and enrichment worksheets.
• Provide care for students in dropping and picking up service from school.
• Ensure the well-being of all children in the centre.
• Collate feedback from all stakeholders including parents, students, school, teachers and other Centre employees.
• Assist with the planning of programmes and workshops for the students.
• Tuition during student care hours for lower primary students may be required.
• Other adhoc admin duties as required.

Rate:Monthly Gross Salary 1.8k -2.2k (40 hourweek) + performance bonus.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 10.30am – 7.00pm during school term;

During school holidays: 8am – 7pm. Rotation shifts will bescheduled during school holidays.
