Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and sales performance.
• Supervise and mentor store staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Deliver excellent customer service, understanding customers’ requests and relaying instructions to butchers for custom cuts.
• Handle cashiering duties accurately, including processing payments and managing receipts.
• Ensure premium product presentation, quality control, and adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
• Engage with customers, providing product knowledge, recommendations, and personalized service.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, stock levels, and customer feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
