Job description
Responsibilities
  1. Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and staff supervision
  2. Ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction by monitoring and improving outlet procedures and protocols
  3. Provide leadership, training, and development opportunities for the beauty therapy team to enhance their skills and performance
  4. Contribute to the implementation of marketing and promotional strategies to attract new clients and increase salon revenue
  5. Collaborate with the management team to identify and address operational challenges, implement solutions, and drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar operational management role within the beauty industry
  2. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of beauticians
  3. Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to provide a high-quality experience
  4. Proficient in inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, staff, and suppliers
  6. Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving continuous improvement
  7. Keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices
  8. Relevant qualifications in beauty therapy or a related field would be an advantage
