Job Description & Requirements
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager and Project Director in daily site management and operations.
- Supervise and support site teams, ensuring smooth progress of on-site works.
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordination with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Monitor site safety practices and ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
- Support the preparation of Method Statements, Risk Assessments, and Safe Work Procedures.
- Conduct on-site measurements and verify against drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with Project consultants, Resident Technical Officers (RTO), Professional Engineers, and government agencies (e.g., LTA, BCA, HDB, PUB).
- Prepare daily reports and assist in maintaining project progress within schedule and budget.
- Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by the Site Engineer or Management.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
- Preferably with experience in LTA (Land Transport Authority) and PUB (Public Utilities Board) projects.
- Basic experience in dealing with local authorities and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to handle site challenges effectively.
- Solid skills in work preparation, scheduling, and site supervision.
- Willingness to work day or night shifts, 6 days per week.
- Positive attitude, good team player, and able to work effectively under tight schedules.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
