Job Description & Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Project Manager and Project Director in daily site management and operations.
  • Supervise and support site teams, ensuring smooth progress of on-site works.
  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordination with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Monitor site safety practices and ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the preparation of Method Statements, Risk Assessments, and Safe Work Procedures.
  • Conduct on-site measurements and verify against drawings and specifications.
  • Coordinate with Project consultants, Resident Technical Officers (RTO), Professional Engineers, and government agencies (e.g., LTA, BCA, HDB, PUB).
  • Prepare daily reports and assist in maintaining project progress within schedule and budget.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by the Site Engineer or Management.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
  • Preferably with experience in LTA (Land Transport Authority) and PUB (Public Utilities Board) projects.
  • Basic experience in dealing with local authorities and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to handle site challenges effectively.
  • Solid skills in work preparation, scheduling, and site supervision.
  • Willingness to work day or night shifts, 6 days per week.
  • Positive attitude, good team player, and able to work effectively under tight schedules.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
