Responsibilities

• Provide casework management to clients with varying needs, risk and safety concerns.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve case plan outcomes.
• Keep track of rising trends and patterns, develop interventions and programmes within the organisation.
• Lead/Co-lead group work to target client groups or other stakeholders/agencies.
• Lead/Co-lead initiatives on community development.
• Ensure programme outcomes are met.
• Provide supervision to at least 4 supervisees on casework and counselling.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Assistant Director (Head of FSC).

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Degree, Graduate Diploma or Master in Social Work / Degree or Master in Counselling.
• Minimum of 4‑6 years experience in a Social Service Agency with at least 1 year of supervisory experience. Current experience in Family Service Centre is an added advantage.
• Good report writing skill.
