Job description

Looking for assistant / senior assistant to perform day to day operation duties including operate wafer sorter machine and logistics duties to ensure the smooth flow of goods, materials and services throughout a company.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical tasks involved in receiving, unpacking, labeling, storing, picking, packing and distributing of materials for shipment.
• Carry out and report cycle count as required, ensuring all items are labeled and stored in the rightful location as registered in the system.
• Handle proper documents filling and maintain accurate records for all stock movements.
• Coordinate with forwarders for shipment booking and documentation.
• Manage incident tickets and engage with relevant parties to ensure timely resolution of operational issues and the implementation of preventive actions.
• Achieve logistic targets and adhere to guidelines, regulations, policies, procedures and 5S.
• Support ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.

Your Profile

• Certificate of Logistic / O-level / Higher NITEC qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in semiconductor or logistics industry preferred.
• Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.), and experience using the SAP system is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts (7am to 7pm) and commit to a 12 months contract.
