Key Responsibilities

• Monitoring of CCTVs, including Lift Monitoring Panel & Carpark Management system
• Work with relevant authorities to ensure safety and security of hotel and guests/staff
• Work with Fire Safety Manager on the required fire preventive measures and ensure firefighting equipment is maintained accordingly
• Control of ingress and egress of Hotel
• Management of Visitor Management System
• Incident Management (Investigations)
• Collating of Information for Investigation Purposes
• Submission of Security Incident Reports
• Conduct Security Patrols to provide Security presence
• To render required assistance to guests, members of public & staff
• To provide First-Aid for any injuries sustained in Hotel premises
