Overview
Our client is from FMCG Manufacturing. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for an Assistant Sales & Marketing Manager to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central.
Job Responsibilities
- Support development of distribution strategies, sales performance, and profitability in assigned markets.
- Monitor sales performance, identify risks and opportunities, and work with stakeholders to achieve business goals.
- Assist in launching new products and managing product pricing structures.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regional market intelligence.
- Collaborate with distributors to expand channel networks, support joint business planning, and handle inquiries.
- Monitor forecasts and coordinate with the supply chain team for alignment.
- Support marketing strategy development and execution to drive brand growth.
- Manage and coordinate sales and marketing activities with distributors, vendors, and service providers.
- Prepare presentations, digital marketing materials, and support marketing-related projects and events.
- Collaborate with teams on regulatory guidance, product feedback, and quality assurance processes.
- All other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Min Degree in Business Management/Marketing studies or equivalent.
- Min 5 years of relevant experience in regional sales and marketing, or channel management, with 3 years management background.
- Strong understanding of retail and trade operations, category management, margin contribution, and buying practices in Asian markets.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
