Job description

Our client is from FMCG Manufacturing. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Assistant Sales & Marketing Manager to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Support development of distribution strategies, sales performance, and profitability in assigned markets.
  • Monitor sales performance, identify risks and opportunities, and work with stakeholders to achieve business goals.
  • Assist in launching new products and managing product pricing structures.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regional market intelligence.
  • Collaborate with distributors to expand channel networks, support joint business planning, and handle inquiries.
  • Monitor forecasts and coordinate with the supply chain team for alignment.
  • Support marketing strategy development and execution to drive brand growth.
  • Manage and coordinate sales and marketing activities with distributors, vendors, and service providers.
  • Prepare presentations, digital marketing materials, and support marketing-related projects and events.
  • Collaborate with teams on regulatory guidance, product feedback, and quality assurance processes.
  • All other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Min Degree in Business Management/Marketing studies or equivalent.
  • Min 5 years of relevant experience in regional sales and marketing, or channel management, with 3 years management background.
  • Strong understanding of retail and trade operations, category management, margin contribution, and buying practices in Asian markets.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
