Industry/ Organization Type: Heavy Machinery Equipment

Position Title: Assistant Sales & Marketing Manager (Heavy Equipment)

Working Location: Tuas (Transportation Provided from North, North-East, West Area MRT)

Working Hours: 5 days (Monday – Friday, 8.15am – 5.15pm)

Salary Package: Up to $5,000 + $1,500 Transportation Allowance + Commission + AWS + Meal Allowance

Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Continuously monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and develop strategies to address any gaps.
  • Develop accurate sales forecasts to guide business planning and ensure strategic resource allocation.
  • Identify and seize new business opportunities to expand market share and revenue streams.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure that customer agreements are executed smoothly.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential business opportunities, track competitor activities, and assess customer needs.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that elevate brand awareness, drive lead generation, and enhance customer engagement.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and maintain the brand's integrity across all marketing channels.
  • Leverage digital marketing platforms—such as websites, social media, and SEO—to engage targeted audiences and boost online sales.
  • Coordinate and participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company's portfolio of products.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as required to support business needs.
Qualifications
