• 4 - 6 years of relevant working experience in hunting role in Logistics industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to attract and win new business prospects.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts and personnel.
• Organize and participate in regular reviews with accounts.
• Ensure personal sales targets and team KPIs are met.
• Perform market intelligence and competitor analysis.
• Strategize corrective actions if performance falls below target.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by Head of Department.

Diploma / Degree in Business Administration

• Basic salary: $5500 - $6500 + transport reimbursement
• Working hours: 8:30am – 6:00pm (Mon - Fri)

Job Scope

• Develop and execute sales strategies to attract and win new business prospects
• Develop and maintain good relationship with key accounts, key contacts and critical personnel at various client organizations in order to solicit information for securing business
• Organize and participate in regular reviews with the accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and business retention
• Ensure personal sales targets and/or team KPIs are met
• Perform market intelligence and competitor analysis
• Review periodic sales performance against annual plan and strategize corrective actions if expectation falls below target
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by Head of Department

Requirement

• Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Logistics & Supply Chain Management or relevant discipline
• 4 - 6 years of relevant working experience in hunting role in Logistics industry
