A leading logistics recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a Sales Executive to develop and implement sales strategies, build relationships with key accounts, and meet sales targets. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in Sales Hunting within the Sea Freight sector. Excellent communication skills and a strong motivation to exceed targets are essential for success in this role.
Develop and implement sales strategies to attract and secure new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, decision-makers, and important personnel within client organizations to gather information and secure business deals.
Coordinate and participate in regular account reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term business relationships.
Meet personal sales targets and/or team KPIs.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed on industry trends.
Assess sales performance periodically against annual goals and develop corrective strategies if performance falls short.
Handle any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Head of Department.
Diploma or Degree in a relevant field with at least 5 years of experience in Sales Hunting within the Sea Freight sector, preferably in logistics.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Highly motivated to meet and exceed sales targets.
