Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to attract and win new business prospects
- Develop and maintain good relationship with key accounts, key contacts and critical personnel at various client organizations in order to solicit information for securing business
- Organize and participate in regular reviews with the accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and business retention
- Ensure personal sales targets and/or team KPIs are met
- Perform market intelligence and competitor analysis
- Review periodic sales performance against annual plan and strategize corrective actions if expectation falls below target
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by Head of Department
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in relevant discipline with min. 5 years of Sales Hunting experience in Sea Freight, preferably in the logistics industry
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a pleasant personality
- Sales driven to achieve set targets
