🕘 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
💰 Salary: Up to $6,000 basic
🚗 Transport Allowance:

  • $800/month (fixed) – if own car

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team focused on medical consumables and disposables. This hybrid role combines strategic planning, team leadership, and hands-on sales execution.   • Lead, coach, and support a team of sales representatives to exceed individual and team sales targets
  • Conduct regular check‑ins, provide feedback, and support skills development
📦 Product Line & P&L Management
  • Oversee product line performance and sales mix to optimize profitability
  • Manage the team’s profit & loss (P&L), ensuring alignment with business targets
🌱 Business Development (Hunter)
  • Identify new customer segments, explore untapped markets, and propose growth strategies
  • Build strong relationships with new potential clients (clinics, nursing homes, retailers)
🛠️ Sales Execution (Farmer)
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts
  • Provide excellent service and act as a key contact for escalations and retention

  • Assist the Sales Manager in developing strategic sales plans
