💰 Salary: Up to $6,000 basic

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team focused on medical consumables and disposables. This hybrid role combines strategic planning, team leadership, and hands-on sales execution. The ideal candidate will bring proven success in healthcare sales, excellent leadership skills, and a strong operational mindset.
💼 Key Responsibilities:
🧑🤝🧑 Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, coach, and support a team of sales representatives to exceed individual and team sales targets
- Conduct regular check‑ins, provide feedback, and support skills development
📦 Product Line & P&L Management
- Oversee product line performance and sales mix to optimize profitability
- Manage the team’s profit & loss (P&L), ensuring alignment with business targets
🌱 Business Development (Hunter)
- Identify new customer segments, explore untapped markets, and propose growth strategies
- Build strong relationships with new potential clients (clinics, nursing homes, retailers)
🛠️ Sales Execution (Farmer)
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts
- Provide excellent service and act as a key contact for escalations and retention
📊 Performance & Strategy
- Assist the Sales Manager in developing strategic sales plans
- Track performance metrics, analyze sales reports, and adjust tactics to meet KPIs
🔎 Market & Product Knowledge
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs
- Be well-versed in product features, applications, and compliance requirements
📌 Requirements:
- 3 years of B2B sales experience in medical consumables, devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Experience in P&L and product line management
- Strong hunter-farmer balance – proactive in new sales and reliable in account servicing
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field preferred
