Job description

In charge of managing and developing selected retailer channel

Develop short and mid-term business plans to drive brand growth with retailers

Develop, plan and execute channel strategies and trade promotions for the key accounts and trade channel to achieve sales objectives. Ensure these strategies are in tandem with the positioning and potential of the accounts / channels.

Monitor competitive activities and submit monthly report to track frequency and types of promotions taking place in the various trade sectors, documenting such activities for analysis, reporting and future referencing purposes

Creation and submission of new product listing, promotion, or other relevant forms to retailers when required

Build strong customer relationship and long-term partnerships with retailers

Negotiate with retailer to match our company objectives with their needs, strategies and opportunities

Efficient control of Advertising and Promotion (A&P) budgets, monitoring of productivity/ROI

Work with merchandisers to ensure seamless in-store execution and achievement of visibility goals

Support negotiation at store level to secure best space whenever needed

Responsible for key accounts receivables, finance billing

Perform other assign ad-hoc duties, stock take, exchanges and returns

Qualification & Experience

Minimum Diploma in business sales/retail, with at least 2-3 years of relevant working experience in similar capacity within the FMCG (including cosmetics).

Strong understanding of the industry and market dynamics.

Must have significant track record of achievement and success within the targeted field of expertise in various chain - hospitals, pharmacies petrol kiosk, etc.

Preferably possess own car.

Sales minded and solution driven personality.

Able to work independently, results-oriented with strong business acumen.

Must be able to manage tight timelines in a fast-paced environment.

Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers.
