The Job
  • Manage and grow key accounts to ensure long-term client satisfaction and business continuity.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, while identifying opportunities to expand the scope of products or services provided.
  • Identify and develop opportunities in untapped or emerging markets.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events to gain market insights and generate new business leads.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Sales to develop and implement effective go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve shared KPIs and sales targets.
The Talent
  • 5 years of experience in key account management.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently for business (SEA region).
  • Technical or engineering background is an advantage.
  • Strong ability to manage and follow through on long-term projects.
  • Highly task-oriented with the ability to perform well under pressure.
  • Proactive, with a positive "can-do" attitude.
  • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is an added advantage.
