Responsibilities
  • Sales & Profitability: Achieve site sales and profitability targets through effective cost management and strong focus on closing ratios, First Day Benefits (FDBs), and cancellation reduction.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, coach, and motivate Sales Executives; conduct one-on‑one sessions and performance reviews; lead daily and weekly sales meetings with energy and positivity.
  • Operational Management: Oversee daily sales floor operations to ensure smooth guest flow and high service standards. Support sales presentations and assist in deal closures when required.
  • Culture & Compliance: Uphold the company’s “Culture of Excellence,” ensuring professionalism, teamwork, and adherence to company policies and compliance standards at all times.
  • Customer Relations: Handle guest feedback and complaints promptly, coordinating with other departments to deliver positive outcomes and protect the company’s brand integrity.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Foster good working relationships with marketing and other departments, supporting lead generation and referral programs.
  • Facilities Oversight: Ensure the Sales Gallery environment, facilities, and assets are well maintained and represent the company’s standards.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience and 1 year of team management in the timeshare or hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Willing to work during evenings, weekends, and public holidays (Wed–Fri: 3pm–11pm; Sat–Sun: 10am–7pm).
  • Confident leading a team while also performing as an individual sales contributor.
