About GFIG

The Group Financial Institutions Group (GFIG) is a client facing function who is responsible for managing relationships with global and regional financial institutions, such as banks, insurance companies, asset managers, insurance companies, global funds and financial sponsors.

The team plays a critical role in enabling cross-border banking, managing credit exposures, and driving institutional partnerships.

Assignment

As an Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM) in GFIG, you will gain exposure to the dynamic world of institutional banking and contribute meaningfully to the team's strategic and operational initiatives.

  • Client & Credit Engagement: Support Relationship Managers and Credit Analysts in client servicing, credit analysis, and internal liaison activities.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to support strategic initiatives and client pitches.
  • Productivity Initiatives: Working on projects to streamline workflows and improve team productivity through automation, data analytics, digital tools, and process enhancements.
  • Projects Support: Participate in special projects, offering cross‑functional exposure and learning opportunities, for example, system testing, AI prompt development/ testing, process improvement, dashboard design.
  • Business Support: Assist in day‑to‑day business administration including reporting, marketing coordination, banking processes, and internal project tracking.
