Job description

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the retail store, ensuring smooth workflow and high service standards.
• Supervise and coordinate the work schedules of store staff.
• Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and arrange timely replenishment of fresh produce.
• Ensure all fresh produce meets quality and safety standards.
• Assist in the procurement of Household and hardware from suppliers, including price negotiation and delivery arrangements.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
• Plan and implement sales promotions to boost revenue.
• Maintain cleanliness, display arrangement, and compliance with health regulations.
• Willing to work long hours & weekend
