Job summary

A restaurant management company located in Singapore is seeking a diligent Supervisor to oversee front-of-house operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of supervisory experience in F&B or hospitality, strong customer service skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively. Duties include managing staff, ensuring service quality, and handling guest inquiries. This role may require shift work, including weekends and public holidays.

  • Support reporting and cash handling tasks.
  • Take charge of operations in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
