Job summary

A prominent restaurant group in Singapore is seeking a Restaurant Manager. You will assist in managing daily operations, coordinate front and back house services, and lead staff training while ensuring high standards of customer service. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field and proven experience in restaurant management. A customer-oriented mindset and strong leadership skills are essential for this role.

  • Proven work experience as Restaurant Manager / Hospitality Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the restaurant manager in managing day to day restaurant operations.
  • Coordinating front and back of the house operations.
  • Training / coaching of new and current staff.
  • Managing staff training, schedules and work performance.
  • Organize and supervise shifts.
  • Respond promptly to customer complaints.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Control operations cost and identify measures to cut wastages.
  • Developing new and innovative processes for efficient restaurant operations.
