5 days work week with split shift

  • Assist the Restaurant Manager with day‑to‑day operations
  • Ensure smooth service flow and uphold fine dining standards
  • Lead, train, and motivate front‑of‑house staff
  • Maintain exceptional guest experience with attention to detail
  • Manage reservations, guest inquiries, and special requests
  • Oversee service quality, cleanliness, and compliance with regulations
  • Support inventory control and coordinate with kitchen management
  • Handle staff scheduling and assist with performance reviews

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant management role (fine dining preferred)
  • Strong understanding of Japanese cuisine, beverages, and hospitality culture
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Professional appearance and calm demeanor under pressure
