Job summary

A premier tonkatsu restaurant in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager. In this role, you will lead daily operations, mentor staff in dining etiquette, and drive sales through exceptional guest experiences. Ideal candidates have 2-3 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in Japanese cuisine, and a passion for wine and sake. This position offers a salary of SGD $3,500 – $3,800/month.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in Japanese cuisine.
  • WSET certification highly valued.
  • Food safety certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead daily FOH operations alongside the Head Chef.

🎓 Professional Foundation
  • Professional Certificate or equivalent qualification
