Responsibilities
- Ensure the service level is achieved and exceed our guest expectations through friendly service and provide clean and comfortable dining experience
 
- Supervise the efficiency and accuracy of customer orders and prompt delivery within the established speed of service guidelines
 
- Supervise/in charge of the restaurant daily cash handling and security process
 
- Work with marketing department on marketing plan and launching of new product
 
- Monitor and maintain restaurant inventory to ensure sufficient supplies are met for smooth operations
 
- Be compliant with all government and BK policies/regulations
 
- Ensure that restaurant’s recruitment, training and operations needs are fulfilled
 
- Supervise daily operations and effectively retain team talents
 
- Conduct performance assessments, make recommendations or termination of poor performing crew
 
Qualifications
- Possess a Diploma or Degree in F&B / Hospitality or equivalent qualifications
 
- Entry level candidates are welcome to apply as training will be provided
 
- Meticulous and analytical
 
- Positive attitude and able to handle pressure
 
- Able to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
 
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
 
- Preferably having experience in QSR restaurant
 
- Successful candidates will be placed on a 3 months on-the-job intensive training with Burger King Singapore before commencement of the official position.
