Responsibilities
  • Ensure the service level is achieved and exceed our guest expectations through friendly service and provide clean and comfortable dining experience
  • Supervise the efficiency and accuracy of customer orders and prompt delivery within the established speed of service guidelines
  • Supervise/in charge of the restaurant daily cash handling and security process
  • Work with marketing department on marketing plan and launching of new product
  • Monitor and maintain restaurant inventory to ensure sufficient supplies are met for smooth operations
  • Be compliant with all government and BK policies/regulations
  • Ensure that restaurant’s recruitment, training and operations needs are fulfilled
  • Supervise daily operations and effectively retain team talents
  • Conduct performance assessments, make recommendations or termination of poor performing crew
Qualifications
  • Possess a Diploma or Degree in F&B / Hospitality or equivalent qualifications
  • Entry level candidates are welcome to apply as training will be provided
  • Meticulous and analytical
  • Positive attitude and able to handle pressure
  • Able to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Preferably having experience in QSR restaurant
  • Successful candidates will be placed on a 3 months on-the-job intensive training with Burger King Singapore before commencement of the official position.
