Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in supervising daily restaurant operations
  • Ensure smooth service flow and uphold brand service standards
  • Lead, motivate, and train the service team to deliver exceptional hospitality
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and service recovery professionally
  • Manage staff schedules, attendance, and task assignments
  • Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control procedures
  • Support financial performance goals, including revenue and cost management
  • Maintain hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with regulations
  • Assist in planning promotions, events, and service enhancements
  • Uphold a positive work culture and foster teamwork
Requirements
  • Proven experience in F&B service or hospitality supervision (hotel experience an advantage)
