Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in supervising daily restaurant operations
- Ensure smooth service flow and uphold brand service standards
- Lead, motivate, and train the service team to deliver exceptional hospitality
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and service recovery professionally
- Manage staff schedules, attendance, and task assignments
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control procedures
- Support financial performance goals, including revenue and cost management
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with regulations
- Assist in planning promotions, events, and service enhancements
- Uphold a positive work culture and foster teamwork
Requirements
- Proven experience in F&B service or hospitality supervision (hotel experience an advantage)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for service excellence
- Ability to handle fast-paced environments and resolve issues effectively
- Problem-solving skill, critical thinking
- Good knowledge of POS systems, billing procedures, and restaurant operations
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
