  • Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and desired cruise experiences.
  • Assist clients in selecting and booking cruises based on their needs.
  • Handle the end-to-end reservation process, including payment processing, seat assignments, and any special requests.
  • Coordinate pre-cruise and post-cruise arrangements such as hotel stays, excursions, and transfers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues related to bookings or travel plans.
  • Maintain communication with clients from booking until post-cruise follow-up
  • Stay updated on various cruise lines, ships, itineraries, promotions, and offers.
  • Promote cruise packages and upsell additional services such as excursions, dining packages, or travel insurance.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth by generating leads and closing sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client information.
  • Collaborate with cruise lines for smooth coordination of client bookings.
  • Provide clients with detailed travel itineraries, embarkation instructions, and travel tips.
  • Assist in resolving any travel-related issues or changes (e.g., delays, cancellations).
  • Perform other ad-hoc assignment and project as and when necessary.
Requirements
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in the travel or tourism industry, preferably in cruise sales, travel agencies, or a similar customer service role.
  • Prior experience with cruise bookings or working with cruise lines is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple bookings and clients simultaneously.
  • Sales-driven, customer-focused, and results-oriented.
  • Flexibility to adapt to client needs, which may require occasional after-hours communication.
  • Possess good working attitude and have a strong sense of responsibility
