Job summary

The Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited in Singapore seeks a qualified candidate to support FI relationship managers. The role involves conducting KYC on FI customers, preparing credit applications, marketing documents and periodic reports.

The incumbent will coordinate with various departments to ensure timely completion and must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. We value a Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Banking and experience in FI KYC, with Mandarin

Responsibilities

Job description

The candidate will be required to provide support to FI relationship managers. He/she will be responsible for conducting KYC on FI customers, preparing credit applications, marketing documents and certain reports periodically. He/she will be involved in on-going dialogue with relevant departments to ensure the timely completion of assignments and should be able to manage multiple tasks at the same time.

Job & Personal specifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in Finance, Accounting or Banking is preferred.
2. Experience in the financial industry with a focus on Financial Institutions KYC is preferred.
3. Ability to speak and understand Mandarin is preferred
