Job summary

sggovterp is seeking a regulatory compliance associate to conduct post-market checks on complementary health and cosmetic products, assess information from multiple sources, and provide recommendations to ensure safety and regulatory alignment.

You will manage enquiries from industry stakeholders and the public, track KPIs via dashboards, and develop digital resources such as video guides and e-learning materials to support industry engagement.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of pharmaceutical, biomedical, or biotech disciplines.
• Open to candidates with no prior work experience if aptitude and suitability for regulatory work are demonstrated.

What the role is

Conduct compliance checks, manage enquiries and develop digital training resources.

What you will be working on

Conduct post-market compliance check to ensure the continued safety of marketed complementary health products and cosmetic products, including recommendations and follow-up on regulatory actions to ensure the safe and appropriate use of these products.

Manage enquiries and feedback from industry stakeholders and members of public, track key performance indicators through dashboards, and analyse data to provide insights on enquiries or identify trends and areas for service improvement.

Develop digital resources such as video guides, e-learning materials, and step-by-step visual guides to support indsutry engagement and to guide industry stakeholders compliance with regulatory requirements

What we are looking for

Experience & Knowledge

Possess Knowledge in Pharmaceutical Science, Biomedical Science, Biotechnology or related disciplines

Candidates without prior work experience are welcome to apply if they demonstrate strong aptitude and suitability for regulatory work.

Personal Attributes & Competency

• Able to assess information and data from multiple sources
• Comfortable working with dashboards or basic data tracking tools (e.g. Excel)
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Meticulous and able to follow established guidelines and SOPsAble to quickly learn and apply new regulatory requirements and processes
• Able to work independently and in teams
• Interest in public health, product safety, or regulatory governance

The successful candidate will be offered a 1-year contract (with option for automatic renewal for a further one year) in the first instance.
