Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor in Singapore to support the Lead Quantity Surveyor in quantity surveying, commercial administration, procurement and material management.

You will help prepare cost estimates, certificates and payments, and coordinate with suppliers and site teams. The ideal candidate has a diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying or related fields and 1–2 years of relevant experience in a construction/QS environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree or relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction, Building, Engineering or related discipline preferred.
• 1-2 year experience in a construction, contracting or QS environment would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist with tenders, quotations, cost estimates and progress claims.
• Track claims, certifications, invoices and payments.
• Obtain and compare supplier/subcontractor quotations.
• Prepare purchase orders and coordinate material purchases.
• Monitor material stock, deliveries and replenishment.
• Maintain project cost records and commercial documentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, clients and site teams.
• Maintain supplier/subcontractor records and follow up on outstanding matters.
