Job summary

A leading construction company in Singapore is seeking an experienced Assistant QAQC Manager to develop and implement quality control procedures. You will conduct inspections, prepare QAQC reports, and provide training to sub-contractors. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, at least 5 years of relevant experience, and familiarity with industry quality standards.   • Develop and implement quality control procedures and processes to ensure compliance with project specifications, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of materials, equipment, processes, and finished products to identify non-conformities and deviations from quality standards.
  • Perform comprehensive quality assessments and measurements, including statistical analysis, to evaluate product and process performance.
  • Conduct QAQC daily checks.
  • Prepare monthly QAQC report for submission to Corporate QAQC Department.
  • Conduct monthly QAQC Training to Sub-contractors.
  • Issuance of QAQC Non-compliance to sub-contractors.
  • Attend monthly QAQC presentation and meeting at Corporate QAQC Department.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Min 5 years of experience as Assistant QAQC Manager.
  • Proven experience as a Assistant QAQC Manager or in a similar quality control role.
  • Architectural-trained or Structural-trained work experience.
  • Familiarity with construction industry quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in quality control tools and techniques, such as statistical analysis, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.
