• Familiar with Singapore food regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

• Support the QA team in leading and mentoring the team.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, HALAL, and other food safety standards.
• Assist in developing and improving quality systems, SOPs, and frameworks.
• Conduct audits, investigations, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and authorities on quality matters.
• Support GMP and food safety training for production staff.
• Assist in grant applications and quality-related projects.
