Job summary

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of experience in project management and must be proficient in AutoCAD and/or Revit. Brief Description

We are seeking a capable and forward-thinking Assistant Project Manager/Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of our green infrastructure projects. The role requires strong leadership, project oversight, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Management
  • Assist in overall planning and management of multiple green infrastructure projects from design to handover.
  • Oversee timelines, resources, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time and quality completion.
  • Manage site, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
Technical & Engineering Oversight
  • Review and validate technical drawings, construction details, and submissions.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and development teams to ensure buildability and structural performance.
  • Approve drawing revisions and provide engineering input on loadings, mounting systems, drainage, and installation methods.
  • Support value-engineering efforts and evaluate design alternatives.
Stakeholder & Client Coordination
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, architects, and regulatory agencies confidently and professionally.
  • Lead progress meetings and prepare project reports, method statements, and documentation.
  • Support tender reviews, technical assessments, and cost considerations.
  • Drive problem-solving discussions to resolve technical or site issues.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, or Architectural Engineering.
  • 5–8 years’ experience in project management, façade systems, green infrastructure, or modular/lightweight structures.
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit - must be able to draw, read, and edit technical details.
  • Knowledge of structural detailing is essential.
  • Familiar with Singapore building codes, BCA/NParks requirements, and safety regulations.
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams and subcontractors.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Experience in BIM, Rhino, or SketchUp is a plus.
  • Passion for sustainable design and green technologies.
