Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions is seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager in Singapore to lead the implementation and manage the project team. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.

The position reports to the project management team and involves coordinating with customers, vendors, and internal teams to deliver end-to-end project outcomes across multiple initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years in project management with proven success.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, BIM or equivalent).
• Experience in test planning, implementation, installation and ability to manage multiple complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget compliance.
• Establish effective communication channels with customers, internal teams, and third-party vendors.
• Prepare and present clear status reports for different audiences, including executive management.
• Develop and maintain realistic project schedules, considering dependencies and resources.

About the Role
