A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage multiple projects effectively. The ideal candidate will hold an Engineering diploma and possess at least 2 years of relevant experience. This role also favors candidates with prior experience in Fire Prevention & Protection Systems.

Job description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Develop and manage work breakdown structure (WBS) of projects
• Delegate project tasks; assign duties, responsibilities, and spans of authority to project personnel
• Perform other related duties assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.
• Prior experience with Fire Prevention & Protection Systems will be added advantage
