Job summary

A construction management firm in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager to oversee site management and ensure timely project completion. Responsibilities
  • Report to Project Teams in all aspect of project on site management – project progress, monitoring, site supervision, checking of materials and workmanship.
  • Coordination and liaisons with all relevant parties.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, meet all safety standards and completed products meet quality standard.
  • Conduct project site inspection.
  • Assist in carrying out shop drawings and submission to Drafting Department.
  • Collaborate with Drafter on shop drawing preparations and revisions.
  • Assist Project Manager in planning project schedule and prepare pre-con/progress report.
  • Follow up on all aspects of QA/QC matters, records all work defects with proper documentation.
  • Assist Project Manager on risk assessment and other risk management activities.
  • Make recommendations on risk control measures and communicating risk assessment to all workers.
  • Collate, prepare, and record Variation Order (VO) works.
  • And perform any other related duties assigned by the Project Manager.
  • Able to effectively manage and supervise a team of construction workers.
  • Able to work with subcontractors/ suppliers and ensure their works are within the schedule.
  • Proper coordination with all sub-contractors and in-house workers
  • Working on-site and in an office
  • Any other ad hoc duties assigned.
Skills and Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in ACMV & BMS (fresh graduates may be considered).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel).
