Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for M&E - Plumbing and Sanitary to oversee on-site planning and construction activities. The role emphasizes leadership, clear communication, and independent work in a dynamic environment.

You will coordinate project teams, review scope and bids, and ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget. The position requires a Diploma/ Degree in Engineering and a 6-day workweek.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work a 6-day workweek.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning and construction works at the site.
• Facilitate clear communication to define project scope, updates, deliverables and issues.
• Lead and coordinate project activities to meet schedule and budget.
• Review project scope, scheduling, funding, staffing, and resources under supervision.
• Advise staff to outline work plans and assign duties.
• Monitor planning, development, implementation, construction, testing and report on delays or changes.

Job Description

• Managing project's planning and construction works at the site.
• Facilitating communication to clearly define project scope, updates, deliverables and escape issues appropriately
• Leading and coordinating activities of the project to ensure project progress on schedule and within budget.
• Reviewing project to fully understand the scope of the work andcontract to determine timeframe, funding limitations, the procedure foraccomplishing the project, staffing requirements, and allotment ofavailable resources to various phases of the project under generalsupervision.
• Conferring and advising project staff to outline work plans and assign duties and responsibilities.
• Monitoring the planning, development, implementation,construction, and testing activities and reports on issues, delays, andchanges or concerns to management.
• Completing the estimation work as necessary, reviewing bidrequirements, and following up to ensure all information is acquiredduring bid day.
• Certify Progress claim to sub-contractors/ suppliers

Job Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree in Engineering.
• Highly motivated and possess strong leadership qualities and the ability to work independently in a challenging environment.
• 6 Days work Week. 8.30am to 7.0pm Monday to Friday. 8.30am to 3.30pm On Saturday.
