A. Project Management Functions
- Source for new projects as published in Ariba, GeBiz and other means
- Understand the requirements for the projects and source for products from various suppliers to prepare costing sheet.
- Work with Project Manager and Sales Manager to determine the tender amount for the project.
- Prepare tender documentation, such as product specifications; pricing schedule; company’s track records; project timeline; statement of works, other documents requested by customers.
- Complete tender documentation and submit tenders to public organizations via GeBiz; Ariba and other means, after review by the Project Manager or Head of Sales.
- Attend site briefings and project meetings when requested by customers.
B. Project Support Functions
- Maintain records of business opportunity that keeping track of projects.
- For awarded project, keep track of relevant documents given by customers and prepare additional documents that are required by customers.
- Based on awarded items, prepare purchase orders to suppliers of goods.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics companies for delivery of goods.
- Work with Operations team to ensure that goods have arrived and storage of goods is done properly.
- Work with Operations team to ensure that goods are delivered to customers as per agreed schedule.
- Prepare required documents for claim of project money and follow up with customers on collection of money due.
- Resolve issue relating to products delivered or documents issued to customers.
C. Other Project Functions
- Prepare product brochures for publication at website.
- Work with Senior Management to obtain green certificates for products.
- Perform other tasks, e.g. complete forms requested by contractors/customers to support Sales Team
