A construction project management company in Singapore is seeking an experienced candidate to assist in project planning and site management. You will handle scheduling, resolve site issues, and maintain relations with site management. Ideal applicants have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and excellent leadership and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office is required.

• Assist in planning and create schedules and projects timelines
• Assist in preparation of required documents for awarded and on-going projects by main-con
• Assist in resolving sites problems encountered during the contract period
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to respective personnels
• Report to PM weekly regarding to site progress condition
• Maintain good relations with site management
• Submit and check all relevant documents before submitting to office for claim submission
