Job description
JOB PURPOSE

The role is primarily responsible for the overall planning, co-ordination and supervision of renovation and fitting out projects within an established timeline and budget.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Collaborate with internal stake holders to ensure project success
  • Prepare layout plans and develop construction drawings
  • Work with consultants and contractors to obtain necessary authority approvals
  • Liaise with vendors/suppliers and contractors to ensure successful completion of projects
  • Create work schedule and supervise project closely and take corrective actions to ensure contractors carried out works conform to specifications, quality, budget and project timeline while adhering to safety code
  • Conduct regular site meetings and report on project progress
  • Identify new contractors and evaluate existing contractors to ensure quality and compliance with company’s standards
  • Other duties as and when assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Diploma or Degree in Building /Electrical/Mechanical Services
  • At least 5 years of project management experience in construction / renovation projects
  • AutoCAD knowledge is a must
  • Experience in residential and commercial interior renovation
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
