Job summary

A recruitment consultancy in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Project Executive to support engineering teams. Responsibilities include compiling documentation, coordinating with clients and contractors, and maintaining quality control. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience, possess GCE O level education, and be proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel. This position offers a salary of up to $3.5k per month.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to engineers in compiling reports, letters, and drawings.
  • Coordinate with engineering, client & contractors to ensure schedules are followed.
  • Ensure client’s requirements on submitted documents are fulfilled timely.
  • Perform quality control and maintenance of documents as per company procedure.
  • Scan and upload documents in the Project Team SharePoint.
  • Disseminate, monitor and track all documents.
  • Carry out administrative duties as required.

Skills

Salary: $2500 - $3500

Location: Pandan Road, Clementi

Working days: 5 days, Mondays to Fridays: 8:30am to 5:30pm

Responsibilities
  • Provide support to engineers in compiling reports, letters and drawings for submission
  • Coordinate with engineering, client & contractors to ensure schedules are followed
  • Ensure client’s requirements on the submitted documents are fulfilled in a timely manner
  • Perform quality control and maintenance of the documents (electronic and hard copy documents) as per company procedure
  • Scan and upload documents in the ‘Project Team’ SharePoint and ensure all documentation is discoverable and accessible
  • Disseminate, monitor and track all documents
  • Securely backup all documentation
  • Carry out administrative duties as and when required
Requirements
  • GCE O level
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel
  • Familiar with ISO 9001
