Job summary

A recruitment agency is looking for an Assistant Project Executive based in Singapore. You will support engineers with documentation and ensure client requirements are met efficiently. The ideal candidate has GCE O level and at least 2 years of experience, with strong proficiency in MS Office. This role offers a salary range of $2500 - $3500 and involves working 5 days a week, from 8:30am to 6pm.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to engineers in compiling reports, letters and drawings.
  • Coordinate with engineering, client & contractors to ensure schedules are followed.
  • Ensure client’s requirements on submitted documents are fulfilled.
  • Perform quality control and maintenance of documents.
  • Scan and upload documents in the ‘Project Team’ SharePoint.
  • Disseminate, monitor and track all documents.
  • Securely backup all documentation.
  • Carry out administrative duties as required.

Assistant Project Executive

Salary: $2500 - $3500

Location: Pandan Road, Clementi

Working days: 5 days, Mondays to Fridays: 8:30am to 6pm

Transport: We have company bus departing near Clementi MRT station at 8.10am to bring staff to our office and also a return company bus trip back to Clementi in the evening.

Responsibilities
  • Provide support to engineers in compiling reports, letters and drawings for submission
  • Coordinate with engineering, client & contractors to ensure schedules are followed
  • Ensure client’s requirements on the submitted documents are fulfilled in a timely manner
  • Perform quality control and maintenance of the documents (electronic and hard copy documents) as per company procedure
  • Scan and upload documents in the ‘Project Team’ SharePoint and ensure all documentation is discoverable and accessible
  • Disseminate, monitor and track all documents
  • Securely backup all documentation
  • Carry out administrative duties as and when required
Requirements
  • GCE O level
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel
  • Familiar with ISO 9001
