Job summary

A reputable engineering company in Singapore is seeking an individual to provide support to engineers and manage documentation. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience, be proficient in MS Office, and possess good organizational skills. You will ensure that client requirements are met and coordinate with various stakeholders to streamline processes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Familiar with ISO 9001 is preferable.
  • Independent with good time management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to engineers in compiling reports and drawings.
  • Coordinate with engineering, client & contractors to follow schedules.
  • Perform quality control and maintenance of documents.

Qualification & Requirements

  • GCE O level
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel
  • Familiar with ISO 9001 is preferable
  • Independent with good time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision
  • Team player with good organizational and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to engineers in compiling reports, letters and drawings for submission
  • Coordinate with engineering, client & contractors to ensure schedules are followed
  • Ensure client’s requirements on the submitted documents are fulfilled in a timely manner
  • Perform quality control and maintenance of the documents (electronic and hard copy documents) as per company procedure
  • Scan and upload documents in the ‘Project Team’ Sharepoint and ensure all documentation is discoverable and accessible
  • Disseminate, monitor and track all documents
  • Securely backup all documentation
  • Carry out administrative duties as and when required
