Job summary

A leading engineering and trading company in Singapore is seeking candidates for a project-based role. The successful applicant will support project planning, coordination, and execution, ensuring on-time completion of works. Responsibilities include supervising construction activities, liaising with clients and subcontractors, preparing documentation, and monitoring site compliance with safety regulations. Candidates with diplomas or degrees in relevant engineering disciplines are preferred, although fresh graduates are welcome to apply and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Willing to work on construction sites and in a dynamic project environment.
• Prior experience in Building Management System (BMS) or M&E projects is an advantage.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply, training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Project Manager and/or Management on project-related matters.
• Support planning, coordination, and execution of projects.
• Supervise, coordinate, and monitor site activities.
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project progress.
• Assist in project scheduling, work sequencing, and manpower planning.
• Monitor site progress, quality of workmanship, and safety compliance.
• Prepare project documentation, progress reports, and site records.
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Identify site issues and propose solutions to minimize delays.
