Job Description & Requirements
1. Project Planning and Scheduling
  • Assist in developing construction project scopes, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with design, engineering, and construction teams to align plans and schedules.
  • Support the preparation and maintenance of construction schedules.
  • Track progress against construction milestones and adjust schedules as needed.
2. Site Coordination and Communication
  • Act as the communication bridge between site personnel, engineers, consultants, contractors, and project managers.
  • Coordinate and participate in site meetings, safety briefings, and inspections.
  • Document and follow up on action items and site instructions.
3. Documentation and Technical Support
  • Maintain and manage construction documents including but not limited to:
  • Drawings and blueprints
  • Request for Information (RFIs)
  • Submittals and transmittals
  • Change Orders and Variations
  • Daily/weekly progress reports
  • Ensure latest versions of technical drawings and specs are distributed and used.
4. Procurement and Material Tracking
  • Coordinate procurement activities with internal stakeholders.
  • Track delivery schedules of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Verify material compliance with project specifications and follow up on non‑conformance.
5. Quality and Compliance Monitoring
  • Assist in ensuring that construction work aligns with design specifications, codes, and safety standards.
  • Support quality inspections and ensure documentation is in place (inspection checklists, test reports, etc.).
  • Track and document non‑conformities and corrective actions.
6. Budget and Cost Control Support
  • Assist in monitoring construction expenditures and aligning them with budgets.
  • Track variations and change orders and communicate impacts on costs and schedule.
  • Support quantity takeoffs and cost estimation activities.
7. Risk and Issue Management
  • Identify potential construction risks (delays, safety concerns, design discrepancies).
  • Escalate and help resolve technical or coordination issues in a timely manner.
8. Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE)
  • Support implementation of HSE plans on site.
  • Ensure proper documentation of incidents, near misses, and safety audits.
  • Promote compliance with site safety protocols and personal protective equipment (PPE) usage.
9. Subcontractor and Vendor Coordination
  • Coordinate and monitor subcontractor activities to ensure they meet project timelines and standards.
  • Review subcontractor submissions (schedules, drawings, certifications) for compliance.
  • Assist in performance evaluations and site coordination meetings.
Requirements
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome (Diploma / ITE)
  • Relevant Electrical knowledge and/or background
  • Team player with problem‑solving, coordination, and management skills.
  • Strong communication and interaction skills.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
  • CAD skills are a bonus.
