Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage production staff to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to production schedules.
• Coordinate daily production activities and allocate resources effectively.
• Understand production schedules and prioritize production sequence – Packaging materials and Raw materials.
• Ensure that all products meet quality standards and specifications. Prefer experience of CGMP, HACCP or ISO Standards.
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures and processes.
• Address any quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions.
• Assist in the development and execution of production plans to meet customer demands.
• Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to optimize efficiency.
• Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing safety regulations and procedures.
• Conduct regular quality audits and safety inspections and address any hazards or violations.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports on production performance.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to management.
• Train and mentor production staff to enhance their skills and performance.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.

Requirements

• Candidate with 4-5 years of hands‑on experience and minimum of 2 years leading teams.
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Office knowledge.
• Proficient in Mandarin and English as needed to liaise daily with Mandarin and English‑speaking associates.
• Experience in food manufacturing preferred.
• Able to work interdependently with a high level of initiative and resourcefulness.
• IT skills and experience in SAP / EWM or related ERP system will be an advantage.
