Job description

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of assembly operators, ensuring production goals and timelines are met.
• Oversee day-to-day factory operations, maintaining high standards of efficiency and product quality.
• Implement and promote LEAN manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Identify opportunities for product improvement and actively contribute to problem-solving and process optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and address any production-related issues.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching to assembly operators to ensure high-quality output.
• Uphold safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all production staff.
• Develop strategies to meet and exceed key performance indicators, with incentives tied to production targets.
