YOUR IMPACT _________

The incumbent will be responsible for conceptualization, development and implementation of creative and effective 360 marketing plan that serves to deliver brand’s and launch objectives, and sales results while boosting brand equity

YOUR MISSION _________
PRODUCT STRATEGY & MANAGEMENT
  • To monitor, review and dissect results of launches and propose action plans if required.
  • To follow up the market assortment and portfolio, propose with specificity adapting to each market’s dynamism.
  • To track the marketing budget effectively while delivering marketing activity according to the strategy and objectives outlined to drive brand and product awareness.
  • To support potentials building for marketing initiatives.
  • To support forecasting of products as well as marketing collaterals such as testers and merchandising materials and working with supply team to ensure timely fulfilment of stocks to stores.
  • To follow the availability of products and marketing collaterals with field team to ensure timely delivery in-country, meeting the on-counter dates.
  • To actively manage an internal touchpoint “InDior app”, to ensure an accurate data management.
  • To lead the product event pack, integrating all the launch information for the field team.
  • To download and highlight all the relevant changes in launchbook for category manager, to adjust the plan when there is a need.
  • To support the Go To Market seminars (3 times a year) and Retailer meetings, organizing and prepare the key assets (Booklet, Presentation) and teasing activities.
  • To prepare the BC seminar marketing presentation and help in the global organization in collaboration with the training team.
REPORTING
  • To complete monthly marketing performance reports on key franchise.
  • To track competitor pricing (of key franchises in key markets).
  • To conduct quantitative and qualitative market research and stay up-to-date with competitor products and market trends.
VM, TRADE & TRAINING SUPPORT
  • To work with VM to ensure outstanding product display and merchandising for maximum impact.
  • To support trade marketing team on events, animation, to ensure the right products are being offered and focused.
  • To inspire and create confidence in product categories by working closely with Training and Retail and creating effective sales techniques and speech which effectively translates into conversion.
Qualifications
WHO YOU ARE _________
  • University Degree Holder.
  • Relevant experience (min 4 to 5 years) in Marketing. Experience in beauty industry, luxury products or higher segment consumer goods is an advantage.
  • Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Affinity for product.
  • Attention to details and good time management.
  • Proficient in MS applications.
  • Rigor and precision.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Good Market knowledge / curiosity / creativity / new ideas.
