A leading recruitment firm in Singapore seeks an experienced Product Manager to drive regional product strategy and portfolio management. The role involves collaboration across R&D, Sales, and Marketing, managing product innovation, and responding to market trends. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the FMCG sector. Strong project management and analytical skills are essential for success in this dynamic environment.
Support the development, planning, and execution of regional product strategies for assigned categories to contribute to business objectives across Southeast Asia, Oceania, the Middle East, and other key markets.
Manage end-to-end product planning activities, including consumer insights analysis, market assessment, new product pipeline development, and go-to-market planning across multiple regions.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of a 3–5-year innovation roadmap for assigned categories, balancing core product improvements and new product introductions.
Analyze sales performance, marketing effectiveness, and research data to optimize the regional product portfolio, rationalize SKUs, and identify growth opportunities.
Integrate consumer insights, concept testing, and home-use testing into product development to support market relevance and commercial performance.
Monitor industry and competitive trends to inform product features and strengthen regional differentiation.
Collaborate with R&D teams on product and packaging development, ensuring technical feasibility, functional performance, and alignment with brand guidelines.
Ensure product concepts, formulations, and claims comply with applicable regulatory, quality, and certification requirements across regions.
Work cross-functionally with Sales, R&D, QA/QC, Operations, and Finance teams to manage project timelines and achieve agreed milestones.
Develop clear and comprehensive product briefs for Brand and Digital Marketing teams, aligning on positioning, key messages, and launch objectives.
Review and provide feedback on marketing deliverables, including creative assets, regional toolkits, and activation materials, to ensure consistency with product strategy and market needs.
Partner with regional and cross-functional stakeholders to support the adaptation and execution of communication toolkits across markets.
Experience using market research and performance tracking tools (e.g., Nielsen, Euromonitor) to support portfolio and innovation decisions.
