Job roles and descriptions:

• Involved in participation of testing and implementation of system-related initiative and enhancements.
• Propose and execute campaigns for unsecured loans products.
• Manage first line response to product and services enquiries from support units.
• Initiate process improvement for unsecured Loan products.
• Work together with support units to study and understand data-related to unsecured loan products.
• To execute marketing communication/material and campaign driving unsecured loan portfolio revenue and digital usage (book schedule, raise criteria request, ensure timeline is met)
• To review marketing content, T&C’s (terms and conditions) and messages.
• Support regular reporting, adhoc task and administrative matters.

Required Experience:

• Degree holder in marketing, business administration or in any related discipline.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in product management role.
• Good to have experience in consumer banking or related industry.
• Good to have prior experience in handling loans product management or similar end‑to‑end product life cycle.
• Self‑driven and able to work independently under timeline pressure.
• Able to manage and work with stakeholders.
